GOP Officials Considering Options If Trump Quits

It's important to note that Donald Trump cannot be forced to leave the race, he'd have to withdraw of his own accord. He'd have to quit.

Will the GOP establishment pay Trump off to quit?

Republican officials are exploring how to handle a scenario that would be unthinkable in a normal election year: What would happen if the party's presidential nominee dropped out?

ABC News has learned that senior party officials are so frustrated -- and confused by Donald Trump's erratic behavior -- that they are exploring how to replace him on the ballot if he were to drop out.

The GOP wants to keep those voters....they need them to keep their power...it's a catch 22 for them........

I'm also thinking, they have a slippery deal behind the curtain they are getting ready to pull....someone else to replace Trump...the chatter is rampant....ABC New posted an article about the RNC Rules of replacement....I smell something going on...

5. Well, that's the thing... if they did oust him, it would be behind closed doors.

It wouldn't be a publicized thing. They'd make an excuse for it. He'd drop out for "health" reasons or some crap.

Sure, a lot of us would see right through it, but plenty of his dumb ass followers wouldn't.

use (I can't imagine what THAT would be though). I bet he'd jump at the chance to bail (it might actually beginning to dawn on him that he's in WAY OVER his head)!
