So How Will Trump Find A Way To Blame Hillary And Obama For Zika?.....

I just heard that Trump will be speaking in Florida later today. They said he will make comments on Zika. We all can anticipate that he will somehow find a way to blame it on Hillary and Obama. I'm just wondering what kind of concocted story he will spin?
