Scary thought for the Trumpkins: Trump's polling collapse doesn't include Khan-related blowback

Clinton has received a decent-sized bounce from the Democratic Convention--as she should have.

But, that's a separate thing from Trump's performance art rendition of "Bulworth meets Hitler" over the past 72 hours.

What happens when they poll people who have been exposed to this news cycle?

I've now watched people I've known to always be Republicans dump trump. Loudly. This was their final straw.

2. Trump is losing national-security Republicans. Fast.

- "bleeding out of her wherever", "women should be punished for having abortions", insulting Carly Fiorina's face, sexist comments...
- build the wall and deport 11 million Latinos
- "laziness is a trait in blacks"
- "I want guys in yarmulkes to count my money"
- keep out Muslims



And now we have him trashing NATO, playing footsie with Russia, insulting a fallen soldier and his parents AND a fresh story how he doesn't know that nuclear weapons are dangerous.

Karl Rove's big move of 2000 was to unite the three wings of the republican party: hawks, capitalists and social conservatives. Trump is currently busy ripping the GOP apart again.

3. And you didn't even mention his Purple Heart fiasco.

The yahoo just demonstrated he has no idea what it means or what it is for or how it should be respected.

Not surprising to any of us here, but another log on the fire of evidence that might burn into the brains of those who have until now resisted it.
