I've seen this posted all over today. Unless he drops out I don't think he can be replaced that easily.

And remember this, all the Trump diehards: perhaps 20 million voters, or so, may then choose to walk on election day.

He's going to get slaughtered, but if they replace him, there will be a meltdown on the right. They will get killed up and down the ticket with depressed Republican turnout. That's why they are leaving him there, and trying to have it both ways. Condemning his repeated garbage statements to try to tell the center that they aren't with Trump, while still endorsing him so that they can try to claim his voters. There is no Republican winning coalition that does not include the racists and the lowest common denominators. They can't remove Trump without losing that vote.

Early voting starts soon. If they replace him their votes are going to be split between 2 candidates
