Is there an effort in the Green Party to induce Jill Stein to adopt a safe states strategy?

I know the Green Party has their convention this Thursday-Sunday. Unfortunately, so far Jill Stein seems hell-bent on taking as many votes for herself as she can from HRC. Stein has amazingly said she's not sure who is worse, HRC or Trump. Given the stark differences between Trump and HRC on appointments to the Supreme Court, deportation vs. a path to citizenship for 12 million undocumented immigrants, and the Nixonian, anti-Black dog whistle "law and order" vs. support for criminal justice reform and the Mothers of the Movement, I actually find Stein's position highly offensive. I imagine immigration rights advocates and Black Lives Matter leaders do as well, not to mention their respective communities.

So I was wondering, does anyone know if there's an effort within the Green Party to get Stein to adopt a safe states strategy whereby in battleground states, Stein says vote for Clinton to stop Trump from being elected President? I know some Greens, and would like to encourage them to support such an effort.

the green party sucks along with most of it's members. they are more conspiracy theory anti science jackasses than liberal or progressive or democratic.

there are many other people one can focus on if they want to help clinton and other democrats. many things involve getting people who will already vote democratic to the voting booth or making sure they get early voting done.

just standing on a busy sidewalk would do more to help clinton than obsession with an anti science conspiracy theory party whose biggest goal if for republicans to win.

A big who cares what the Green traitors do...and of course not ....they just got on the ballot in PA...they want to elect Trump...who the hell knows what the Green losers will do and who the hell cares. How are we supposed to know what the greens are up to except as always no good.

vote for my party. I hated that party viability was tied to voting rather than registration, because it always put me in that quandary. (As did plurality voting.)

anyone who is voting for Stein would never vote for Hillary

The statement applies to he mindset of someone voting third party, especially in this election.
