8. Just watched that wonderful family getting ready to board AF 1 and head back to DC.

This is my guess about how their night and this morning went.

Back to hotel, remove coat, tie and shoes. Sprawl out on couch, drink brewski and maybe a huge hunk of pizza.
Sit with his arm around his honey. Smile a lot and just relax...something he has not been able to do for a long time.

Maybe some xxx rated things followed? I won't go there. But we know the score. (wink, wink)

Slept in. Ordered a farmer's breakfast. Ate like a horse. Michelle approved....just for today.
Kids at table. Grandma there, too! Lots of laughter and comments about how glad they are the campaign is OVER! Chit chat. Enjoying being a family with no one else around.

Shower, dress, get briefings. Get ready to go back to DC.

Off to Marine 1. Board AF 1. Off they go. Back to DC for FOUR MORE YEARS!
