I promise this is the last OP I'll write criticizing tweety, but I can't resist....

He ALWAYS interrupts female guests, sometimes before they even complete ONE sentence, and never allows them to finish their thought. Just now a female guest was trying to introduce the topic of when Hillary started talking about how people might not know what to make of her during last night's acceptance speech. It sounded interesting and tried to listen to see exactly what her point was. She got a few words out, and it was all over. Tweety, in his wisdom, decided we didn't need to hear about that and steamrolled all over her, completely missing the point, and blabbing about Al Franken. Not only did he add nothing to the conversation, he was rude to the guest and the viewer.

He really needs to be called out for his behavior with female guests. It won't be by me because I won't watch him again.

At least he has stopped that awful burping. Remember when he was a judge for Miss America? They dump Olbermann, Big Eddie, Rev, Alex Wagner, Toure, Bashir, Cenk, etc...and keep Grandma Andrea and Joe Schmo and him.....yeah...that'll bring in the ratings.

Hit em with rapid fire questions before there's time to formulate a well crafted response.
That if he talks fast enough his guests will let their guard slip and he'll get some kind of scoop. Playing Hardball.

It's not working. It's just rude.

So done with MSNBC. It just makes my blood boil too often lately.

He's so full of himself and so impressed with his own "insights" that he won't let anybody else get a word in edgewise. It's not sexism so much as obnoxious assholery.

He so obviously thinks that he has much more interesting things to say than anyone. This, although his "insights" are always of the most shallow and obvious kind. Still, I think he is worse with females.

has already thought about all the angles and all the interesting viewpoints. So, he has no patience for drivel and if he realizes they know little or that their analysis is weak, he can't wait.

I understand that.

From being active on DU and learning so much, it is annoying as hell to listen to the talking heads because mostly, they are so "low information"

As soon as he starts his ADD behavior, she would raise her hand and put a silencing finger to her lips. On the second interruption he would be reminded to take deep breaths. The third would definitely score him a time out.

when he and Joy Reid are together, they interrupt so much I can't hear anyone. I like Reid, but she does it too ... at least when with him.

He asked his guest from politico to tell him something new. Then he got distracted over the fact that Trump wanted a magazine with his face over it and completely missed the point the reporter was making about Trump manhandling the press.

only scan text versions of the various topics as they run nearly the same from provider to provider, with the expected variations according to how much slant should be applied for each audience.

It's a national sport, destined for the Olympics (although you'd then be up against John Fugelsang).

I thought it was one of her best. She will never be an orator but that is not her calling. She speaks from her heart and mind. She delivered. Leave it to Michelle and Obama to be the Democratic orators of our time or Corey.

But when those who were once in the Sanders camp would complain about him, we were called whiners.

I am happy everyone sees what an ass he is.
