download a "universal remote" app. About 10 years back, I spent a good amount of time in specialists offices, etc., lots of time waiting for my appointments. Finally couldn't stand it anymore because everyone had on Fox (this was back with GW and Cheney), so I would change the channels to something like Cartoon Network, or daytime soaps. The one nurse was so funny because she'd get up and change the channel back to Fox with her remote. She finally told the office manager she thought they needed a new remote or their remote needed new batteries because the TV channels were changing when it was just sitting on the desk.

because you need something that would turn the blue tooth signal into a infrared. BUT, if anyone is interested, here's an article ...

It turns your phone into a universal remote. The only downside is you have to have a phone with an IR blaster, such as an LG G5 or V10, or one of the Samsung Galaxy Notes. There are others. There is a similar app for iPhones and iPods, but you have to buy a cheap IR transmitter that plugs in to the usb.

I won't buy a phone without it now. Being able to turn that garbage to some other channel will really lower your stress.

members are fundamentalist Cathlics prolifers. The manager is a teabagger so every morning all the tvs are set on faux they will change it if you
ask and no one else wants to watch faux. Some machines have their own tvs so i try to use them. If nobody is around I somtimes block faux on my machine and the
ones on either side and
set a password to tune in faux. They have to get Comcast to unlock it, I get a good laugh out of the faux people when they cant get their faux.
