So, I would say that, in this case, he's using his white privilege for good.

From Wonkette:

Elijah Cummings! Wonkette’s legislative badass of the year! THAT Elijah Cummings! A fuckin’ HERO!

I like Bernie. Every Wonker does, it is the law. But some of his delegates are being horrifying, and if you want to talk about “privilege” (which, face it, I usually don’t!) then the white children drowning out the black lady congressman and the black congressman need to take a look in the fucking mirror.

It’s not funny, it’s not cute, and if YOUR democracy “looks like” this, go be a fucking Trumpkin and you can be the anti-democratic authoritarian you so clearly wish to be while shouting down your fucking betters. You know you want to, you fucking little pricks.

but if you must interrupt, ensure your issue is analogous to the one the speaker is addressing, and that your objection is pertinent to the moment. Otherwise, why should others accord you any interest or respect?

(I say this not knowing what the particular individual, topic, or potential "conflict" may be, but simply from a well perceived attitude toward accommodation and productive personal interaction.)

Maybe Giuliani would have some resonance with this crowd by calling BLM terrorists.

Liberal, opposed dubya, denounces limbaugh and Pox Noise & Co. He's also a Bernie supporter, as it turns out. He's well-enough informed that I'd guess he knows who Elijah Cummings and John Lewis each are.

Because the horrible oppression these people experience over the TPP makes it impossible to respect someone like Elijah Cummings.
