White Rage

I think we are seeing a backlash by people uncomfortable with minorities having any kind of power.

8 years of a black president . And now a candidate who win the nomination largely because of POC.

It is no coincidence the makeup of trump crowds are similar to these protestors. And the contempt towards minorities in the primary. And the diversity of the dem party .

The irony being that having an engaged minority electorate capable of exercising its political power effectively was ostensibly a "progressive" goal before it actually happened and they got upset about it.

They're upset, they're being loud, but they'll get it out of their system and Hillary will prevail. You either want them to support her or you don't.

Bashing them is what's going to help Drumpf.

Bernie delegates interviewed on MSNBC who say they will NEVER vote for Hillary, she belongs in prison, they're voting for Trump? In front of the nation? Bernie delegates chanting LOCK HER UP?

They're not helping Trump?

That is nuts.

Booing a black woman pastor during the OPENING PRAYER? Chanting BERNIE BERNIE and preventing her from speaking?

They don't give a fuck about POC, Latinos, Muslims, women, or anyone else who's going to be most hurt by a Trump presidency. They must be the most selfish people on earth.

boo'ing of Barney Frank...The ignorance and obvious hatred of the DEMOCRATIC PARTY these BS delegates are showing is appalling. For the first time, I feel that Trump may win in November. God help us. They are chanting "NO TTP" as the wonderful Elijah Cummings is speaking. No respect. Those people interrupting Rep. Cummings speech should be KICKED OUT!!!

Makes perfect sense!

I live in a red state so I've found myself in a bunch of settings where racial jokes about President Obama are told in group settings at parties etc.

They assume because I'm a white male that I agree with them. They don't know me well, in most cases. I made a nasty but non violent scene at a Christmas party in 2009 that I'm not proud of, defending our president.

I've heard over and over again how it's causing too much tension, and rancor having a black president. The implication is is it would be better for the country if we didn't confront this, and just didn't have any more minority presidents. It's just too much, they lament, thinking that their racism doesn't ooze out of every pore.

Fuck them.
