Serious Real Estate Firms vs. The Trump Organization

Donald Trump sells himself as some sort of real estate genius. Like he started a great company that puts up tons of buildings. How do you retort that in a conversation, or online?

Here's how: mention the serious RE firms that graduates of elite schools actually want to work for. They include

CBRE
JLL
Cushman & Wakefield.
Colliers International
Newmark Grubb Knight Frank
Silverstein Properties
Brickman
RXR Realty

Analysts, associates, VPs, etc. at those firms are all doing to Trump what Trump claims China is doing to America; LAUGHING AT HIM.

Oh BTW, looking at Wharton's MBA real estate events website, I see ZERO events with anything Trump. SAD!

and BTW, I did a Linkedin search for people who went to Stanford's MBA at serious RE companies vs. Trump, zero at Trump. Similar situations with other RE firms and top schools. And the few who went to top schools at Trump are either the Trumps themselves, or a few people in marketing.

I feel like Trump Org is probably a massive ponzi scheme. Like Madoff.

I looked up my UG school, not an Ivy League, but still, it sends people to other real estate firms, not as analysts tho. One guy at the Trump Org in...security!!! Guy couldn't even get a broker spot at the serious firms. Pathetic!

not only is Wharton's Zell & Lurie Real Estate Center holding ZERO Trump-related events this academic year, but zero people on the executive committee are with the Trump Org.
