Hes also annoyed that Clinton and President Obama killed Libyan leader Moammar Khadafy, whom he called one of his best friends.
He's also pissed off that Barack Obama didn't help him run for governor in Kenya.
Malik Obama sought to capitalize on his now-famous surname by running for governor of the Kenyan county of Siaya in 2013, but he was defeated in that election by a wide margin. He made headlines in the U.S. in July 2016 when he announced to the New York Post that he would be voting not for his brother's putative Democratic successor, Hillary Clinton, but for Republican candidate Donald Trump

This is from a Boston Globe piece a year ago:

Hes not an honest man, Malik said.
Then it got even crazier: Malik speculated that Obamas real father is actually a communist named Frank Marshall Davis, indulging the wild theory that Gilbert had put forth in his documentary Dreams of My Real Father.
After years of serving as fodder for the far right, Obamas brother has officially joined them. Then he had the gall to lament that he hasnt been invited to the bigwig dinner during the presidential visit.
Its a big humiliation, Malik said. He doesnt want anything to do with me anymore.
Gee. I cant imagine why.

He sounds like a stand-up guy.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Billy_Carter
In 1977, he endorsed Billy Beer, introduced by the Falls City Brewing Company, who wished to capitalize upon his colorful image as a beer-drinking Southern good ol' boy that developed in the press when his brother ran for President. Carter's name was occasionally used as a gag answer for a Washington, D.C., trouble-maker on 1970s episodes of Match Game. He was known for his outlandish public behavior; he once urinated on an airport runway in full view of the press and dignitaries.[3]
