I'm pretty sure Romney was on a tranquilizer

My bet is Lorazapam. Slightly slurred speech and slow eye movement.

if they were going to give him a benzodiazepine right before the speech, it would be lorazepam, yeah. however, something tells me that he has been given benzos throughout the course of the night as things got worse and worse. alprazolam or clonazepam. either that, or he's just in a state of complete emotional dissociation!
