This is what I was pelted with: LayDeeBug be fair and reasonable. Monarchy, plutocracy, nobility, feudalism and and any other consolidation of power was the standard of the day. Democracy itself was considered liberal. That's jr High school history with a thing adult perspective. If you think they would have at all endorsed any of today's liberal wackiness you're being intellectually dishonest if not intellectually brain dead. This is why the document the left us, namely the Constitution, is such a thorn in the side of the liberal intelligentsia (for lack of a more accurate less ironic term), and is intentionally misread, misapplied, misinterpreted or simply disregarded to achieve liberal ends. It is laughable you would posit this without honestly nuancing it. Typically liberal however.
