10. I don't believe this for a minute. If this was the real story, it would have been out

within hours of the story breaking on Monday night. They are trying to cover for Melania so that people don't continue to see her as dishonest. The staffer is taking the fall for the good of the cause. (Also why she wasn't fired). They are known for trying to pass of lies as the truth, it's just par for the course for Don's campaign.

No professional speechwriter would fail to check something so obvious. Melania did this on her own.
