How can anybody connect with Tiffany Trump?

I just watched the speech. And, meh?

She seems like a nice young woman, and I'll take her at her word that she loves her father, but how can an ordinary citizen connect with her?

Summers at Mar-a-Lago and the Hampdens, jet-setting around the world, a big trust fund, the zillion dollar designer clothes that few people her age could afford, elite prep schools, graduating from an Ivy League university debt free. Who can really relate to that?

I think some spouses have other qualifications besides a current marriage certificate to speak but just having them speak because of that is kind of stupid.

Also, if they have so much time to fill, maybe cutting the convention time down by whole days might be more "fiscally responsible"

People love Ivanka, for instance. And Donald Jr was widely praised for his speech last night. And if Melania hadn't plagiarized her speech, she would have also gotten good reviews.

To be honest, his family is the best thing he has going for him.

And a family which has tree different mothers. Tiffany was born of the mistress. She'd be considered a bastard. (Jon Snow made bastards heroic and suspect he thought of that.)

But these are his best attributes. Working for daddy, but employed and not living the life of leisure. And one offspring married an orthodox Jew. He married two immigrants. They are his only claim to being for immigration and nit antisemitic.

And then there's his narcissistic self reflected in the young Trumpettes.

I actually saw trump with maples in church - of all places - around 12/89 while he was still married to ivana. They were upstairs where the choir is (I sang in it) and he looked like he wanted to be seen with her. He did if course because they were in a "house of God" brazenly committing adultery. Ego the size of a black hole.
