She was amazing! Evidently prior to the interview Baio had blocked Hall from his Twitter account and didn't know how that had happened.
This was about the controversial Hillary meme.
Hall repeatedly skewered Baio for sharing the meme, demanding to know, "Did you think about that in church, when you tweeted it out?"
Baio, who is best known for his role as Chachi on Happy Days, attempted to backtrack. "I offered it without commentary, that was just put up," he said. "I just put it up there."
"Yeah, but you know what it meant when you tweeted it out," Hall said. She then pivoted to another tweet that showed an unflattering picture of Michelle Obama with the text "Wow. [Obama] wakes up to this every morning."
"That tweet was a joke. Tamron, I'm a guy from Brooklyn. I have a certain sense of humor. I sit with my buddies and we smoke cigars. I joke about "

(31,849 posts)"and the fact that you would question my faith" path just shows that, if there is a God, baio's in for a yuugggeeee disappointment ... because I don't think the Book says what he thinks it says.

(15,391 posts)He tweeted out that picture of Hillary knowing what it meant, and when called upon it, he can't own up to it. I question his manhood.

(Sarcasm, of course).
Tamron Hall hammered him, and I hope Mr. Baio goes BACK to church and THINKS about his moral compass. His attacks on both Hillary Clinton and Michelle Obama were slimy and unnecessary.

He's a a child star that never grew up.

(47,586 posts)Obviously he knows nothing about politics, history, foreign affairs, or the economy. Maybe he is still living in the "Happy Days" bubble, you know when people were real Americans.

(47,586 posts)Many don't survive it well at all and it can be seen as a form of child abuse. Fortunately Ron Howard's experiences were very positive and his TV family was a real family to him. Others, however, are treated as a commodity.

(32,088 posts)excuse that they make when people react negatively to their racist and misogynistic jokes. The same with his whining about Ms. Hall's alleged questioning of his faith. They try to turn it back on the one who is calling them out for being hypocrites or for being hateful, rather than owning up to it. Mega-dipshit, indeed. I can't wait until some GOP holy-roller goes after for writing his speech while he was in church, instead of worshiping the god in whom he supposedly has faith. Except we all know none of them will. IOIYAAR.
