It's *slang*.

I must forewarn you that the primary meaning on the streets for the name "Becky" is what we in political circles would refer to as a "Monica", or the act of felatio (it's from a song) But from the urban dictionary:

beckys
hot white girls, or snobish women
example: look at them beckys over there.

So ***TWITTER*** users assigned the moniker. I am just helping it stick.
