Well, here we are. It's come to our shores in the biggest way it ever has. I agree with the Republicans in one respect: this is a mortal threat to liberalism. Everything Trump is and represents must be utterly defeated. Those who say they are progressives and don't recognize this are idiots and need to be told to wake the hell up.

That is banan republic stuff indeed. Absolutely shameful opening day. Pathetic.
