What if all the artists who sent cease & desist letters to GOPers had a concert for Obama's PAC?

I can think of a lot of them off the top of my head -- Tom Petty, Springsteen, Heart, John Mellencamp. They could do a pay per view with proceeds going to the PAC. And maybe a soundtrack and merch and stuff too. Is that considered a "legal" way to raise PAC money?
