The OP keeps claiming, with no reason to back it, that this guy's a "Trump fan," probably because he's yelling. It could as easily be the passenger who's the whack job, and she just sent the guy over the edge. Now she plays it cool for the video, so viewers think the Uber driver went insane. He may very well be reacting to crazy crap she spewed. Maybe she was spouting racist Trump points in an effort to goad the man. Without seeing what preceded all this, there's no way to know, hence, impossible to have an opinion, unless you simply make one up from whatever fears and conceptions are rattling around your own mind.
