He also made sure to criticize his likely opponent, Hillary Clinton, saying she was “weak and ineffective.”

That Obama and Clinton are so totally weak/ineffective that they are to blame for all of the terrible tragedies that befall modern civilization and yet, Republicans, whom don't do anything about anything other than mindless Congressional investigations that lead nowhere are never responsible when anything (bad) happens and their ridiculous policy prescriptions- if you want to call them that- are heralded by some as being able to manage things like terrorism "better" than rational/sane/smart people like Obama and Clinton.
