I know...the July poll freakout happens every election cycle. The media NEEDS a horse race because, well, they're assholes.

Things will settle...she'll need to slap down the email deal to avoid swift boating and continue to pound at Trump.

It gets under his skin and the electorate needs to be reminded continually what's at stake.

She's been on the scene for 25 years, no need for her to sell.

into office. The way people vote is often a WTF to me, especially those that vote in RW assholes that want to destroy everything, even for those that voted for them. I think it's the Stockholm Syndrome at work.

And they will go higher as more voters look for a reason to vote for her, rather than against Trump.

That doesn't mean that the MSM will give up on their "people don't like her" meme any time soon, but it will mean something positive at the ballot box.

I still do love Bernie... but I like HRC very much too. So do all of my Bernie-loving friends. I think the anti-Hillary stuff was mostly an internet and MSM thing. I just don't see it among anyone I know.

and when he endorsed Hillary, she was devastated. She even claimed she might vote for a 3rd party candidate. Then she watched Hillary's speech this morning and said she was impressed. Hillary just needs to keep hitting it as hard as possible and try to gain the attention of the MSM with these policy speeches that she does so well (much better than her primary campaign speeches, in my view) and which actually get coverage. She is superb with speeches like she gave today, and the foreign policy one she did a few weeks ago.

But when she's really just running for President- not the nomination- she's great. I have no doubt she would have beaten Romney in '08, and she will beat Drumpf.

I like her. She will be a very good President, maybe even great.

throughout her whole campaign thus far.

They consistently look for negatives, even if they are factually incorrect, and yes, they do the same with the polls.

They will keep touting the odd polling numbers from Quinnipiac and ignore all the rest. They are a bunch of idiots who find their leads on twitter, and put no research or effort into their jobs anymore.

The Republican base here hates him, and while Bernie won our primary, a huge (yuuuge) percentage of Dem voters here, including those who voted for Bernie (and I am one) have a favorable opinion of HRC.

Three new NBC News/Wall Street Journal/Marist polls in key battleground states:

Pennsylvania: Clinton 45%, Trump 36%
Iowa: Clinton 42%, Trump 39%
Ohio: Clinton 39%, Trump 39%
“These polls were conducted July 5-10 – so all in the immediate aftermath of FBI Director James Comey not recommending charges against Hillary Clinton in her handling of government emails, but saying that she was careless. The polls also come as Clinton enjoys a considerable advertising advantage over Trump in these battleground states.”
