Sure there are all kinds of conspiracy theories floating around, but the timing seemed very suspicious to me, and I finally figured it out this morning.

7. Egghh...that game is causing problems here.

Last night, around 11PM, I see this flashlight bobbing along across my front yard. At first, I thought it was someone walking down the road and since there is no sidewalk and no streetlights they were walking on the grass 3-4' in from the curb so they don't get hit by a car in the dark. Okay by me. I do the same thing, though usually not at 11PM. Then, they turn around and walk the other way...then they turn and start walking slowly toward the house. So, thinking we're being cased, I called the police. Turns out it's the neighbors from next door Pokemon-hunting in the dark. So, this morning, as he's loading up his kayak to go spend a day on the river, I came out to apologize..."No problem" he says, "George opened his backdoor, yelled "fucking chicken thieves!" and brandished a shotgun. I'd much rather he'd called the police too."
