Trump will undoubtedly lose this district, because McCain didn't even carry it in 2008 and Romney only won it by 4% in 2012. If Trump totally tanks, he drags Ryan down with him.

10. Ryan's seat is a very, very unlikely flip.

Even with a low Republican turnout, I don't see it as a possibility. I'd rather focus on closer races and open seats. I don't think we should waste time on districts that are a lock for a Republican incumbent.
