Congresspeople use personal email accounts, private cellphones, and unsecured servers

At the testimony today, one of the Democrats stated that Congresspeople are allowed use personal email accounts, private cellphones, unsecured servers, and have no obligation to archive their emails. (In fact, it was stated that the Chairman of the committee that questioned Comey, Jason Chaffetz, has his personal email address on his business card.)

So two points:

(1) It appears Congress has allowed itself to be at least as vulnerable as Hillary, which suggests they are equally technologically unsophisticated.
(2) If the concern about Hillary's email is one of national security, shouldn't the FBI be called in to confirm that no congressperson has used his or her unsecured email or phone to share classified information?

I think there should be petition to call on Congress to have an independent party investigate their own emails and to pass laws that ensure all their work related communications is handled through secure government servers and is properly archived. At the very least, the Hillary campaign and what's left of the liberal media should play this up.
