There were three emails with "classified markings" on them. But they weren't actually "marked classified". To be marked classified, there needs to be a header, which there wasn't. All the "classified marking" were were a few &quot C)"s ahead of paragraphs, which, in the presence of a header to the document, indicates that the next paragraph is confidential, the lowest level of classification. Without a header, they don't mean anything, as Comey acknowledged. And the state department has said that those markings were there in error.

We need some serious pushback from Hillary surrogates on this witch-hunt. The GOP is overreaching as usual.
