Ex-Sanders staffer joins Clinton team

Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign has hired two new staffers with close ties to organized labor.

Clinton has named Lori D’Orazio and Michele Gilliam deputy labor campaign directors, Reuters reported Tuesday.

Gilliam is a former staffer for Bernie Sanders's presidential campaign. She also formerly served as an organizer for a local chapter of the Transport Workers Union.
D’Orazio is joining Clinton’s team after working with the AFL-CIO, America’s largest labor organization, as well as the United Auto Workers Union.

loyalties on a dime. You have people here that supported Bernie and were very passionate about that loyalty and still remain very loyal to him. I can appreciate their loyalty even if I disagree with it. But Bernie has not conceded the election yet and endorsed Hillary yet, and has said in no uncertain terms that he plans to take his fight all the way to the Convention. When followers say that they are trying to take control of the party from within, why shouldn't I believe them?

They supported Bernie for the nomination and the primaries are over and they want the Democrat elected POTUS.

Better to Hillary than the unemployment line. Get real. Paid staffers are there for the job. They lose that job, they move to the next.

Why wouldn't they move to the GE and support the democratic nominee? They have bills to pay and have to eat too.
