I'll vote in November, but only for democrats who aren't in Hillary's pockets... And I'll be hard pressed to fill in the top of that ballot. My little brother shipped out to army basic last week. I'm not voting in someone who'll get that boy killed.

Is it fucked up that part of me hopes he doesn't hack it, because I'd wager my left eye we're back in a legitimate war by 2018?

as indeed i would try to dissuade my nieces and nephews

but people make their choices based on what they believe is right.
and you have to have faith that they know what they are doing.

But he wouldn't have any of it. You know the type of kid he was-- all four years JROTC, Battalion Commander for his school, was trying to get Brigade before graduation but just barely missed it... Kid's unfortunately got soldiering in his blood. All I know is I keep having nightmares about waking up to a man in Class A's at my door, with a folded up flag in hand, and the only time my dreams are that vivid are when they come to pass.

I won't forgive her if there's a war that she gets the last bit of blood I have that'll still talk to me killed.
