Hi, friends in California, Montana, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Dakota, and South Dakota.

You're very lucky. Associated Press has pronounced Hillary Clinton the Democratic nominee. Yeah, that's right. A couple of weeks before all the primaries are done, and more than a month before the convention. Game over, lights out.

So there's no need to go and vote. The media has decided for you. Stay home and watch "American Idol." You know, where your vote is still worth something.

That is all.

Slow dying hope that Hillary supporters have a shred of respect for elections or democracy or your fellow DUers who were with you in the Obama election and with you in opposing the Cheney/Bush administration

I'm a Hillary supporter and I've been telling Bernie supporters to go vote for him all through the primary even if they don't expect him to win. I'm so fucking sick of these victimology posts - nobody wants to suppress the vote, and if your only reason to vote was the presidential contest that probably means you don't care about any statewide or local issues that were on the ballot which makes your opinion on the primary election pretty valueless.

Most of them registered too late to get a mail-in ballot, so this will save them a trip to the polls.
