As for getting mentioned at all, it's Trump's go-to:

(24,979 posts)How much time to each? How much time OF each speaking? If Trump is up 2:1 on the nearest competitor (Clinton) it's not just mentions but probably a time difference greater than that.
And negative helps Trump (at least until it leads to him being hauled off in handcuffs for one of his many frauds, if the happy day should come). He has set it up so that negative helps him, he's very good at that. And most is not "negative" but more just spectacular. Oooh, golly, you'll never believe what this guy did today.
The Sanders coverage in particular from the beginning (and it didn't begin to rise until well into this year!) was always of the dismissive, sneering, "oh what's this old boring guy doing?"
