Note that Romney losing isn't just my prediction; conservatives are predicting it as well...

(35,364 posts)claiming victory before not one single vote has been counted. One thing that makes me extremely uneasy about this election is all the emphasis on early voting. I voted a month ago in Ohio myself and the thing that worries me is we keep hearing the claim we are winning the early vote and supposedly have all these votes in the bank. In Ohio for example we have been able to vote for a month now and have been encouraged to vote early. The Democratic party has been promoting early voting for weeks now. I don't know what the percentage of people have voted is so far but with all the emphasis on early voting what makes people think the ones that haven't voted are going to show up on election day?

As for who should get the blame--Romney. For being a suit instead of a person.

Editing to add an actual answer. Chris Christie will take much, much heat from his own Party, perhaps he will leave that Party. The pundits will smash him to bits for being a good governor instead of a loyal partisan.

(9,273 posts)I can hear it now. They honestly believe that the nation is waiting for a True Conservative Savior who will be elected by 90% of the voters. They just haven't found the right person yet.
