Mr Barajas is a convicted felon, he fired a gun into a car and could have potentially killed someone. His situation is unfortunate but I don't have any respect for people who show disregard for human life.

The hard working immigrants who have not committed any crime deserve a path to citizenship more than gang bangers.

Any green card holder should know that even a misdemeanor could get you reported

A felony will get you deported
