Does anyone else notice this?

I have been tuning in to Conservative Talk almost exclusively since the first debate. (I know, I know...how do I put up with it?)

I am in touch with the supposition that Limbaugh, Hannity, Beck, Dean et. al. are really hoping for an Obama win in the interest of their own job security. I am also aware of the possibility that they are really doing us Progressives a service in acting as a touchstone of leadership for these otherwise blind and inarticulate wacko-space-ranger types who come out at night to bark at the moon and vote Republican. After all, they haven't given the order to attack just yet. (apologies to "legitimate" space rangers, moon barkers, et al.)

My summation after having done all this listening is as follows. Collecetively these on-air personalitites spend the vast majority of their time making President Obama's case FOR him. They hardly ever talk about Mitt. They are ALWAYS talking about the President. Even when they are taking calls...Rush Limbaugh tells women...repeatedly..."You are a vagina...A VAGINA!"...Hannity quotes Obama and Bill Clinton over and over again. It's as if their candidate doesn't really stand (giggle) for (snicker) anything at all! (BAHAHAHA)

It's not as if I expected anything more or less, I just wondered if anyone else found it strange like I do.

You know that some conservative women who are listening are thinking, "Hell no!". In fact, I always remember speaking with women married to conservative men who told them they had to vote Republican or else they would cancel their vote out Well, they did what they damn well pleased when they got in that voting booth.

On edit - I think Hannity and Rush are really that stupid, and utterly clueless.

They just want to win, and Romney bought the nomination - helped by the fact that the other hopefuls look like Klown Academy rejects.
They cannot talk him up, because he lies, they know he lies, and there is nothing they can mention that Romney won't flip-flop on the next day.
Demonizing Obama is all they got. Plus their jobs are easier if Obama wins, really.

...and I believe that the GOP base, all inclusive (meaning tea party and the like) genuinely want to defeat Obama moreso than to elect Romney, but the radio personalities...they just never get off Obama at all. There is NO discussion of their candidate whatsoever. The entire broadcast day is just a giant hate-fest on the President. Quite sad.
