How much money have Romney & surrogates spent trying to buy the Presidency

I remember in 2007 reading he spent more per primary vote than anybody ever had.

Now with the Super PACs, I can't even imagine how much money has been spent.

When we look around and see all the people who lack the most basic necessities, especially after Sandy, how can we continue to justify this huge, unlimited money in Politics! And why? In the digital age, is it necessary to have half a billion dollars in 60 second ads to "get your message out?"

The great thing is that I think despite the mega money - they are going to find out there is a limit to how many votes they can buy. It won't be enough. Some of our votes are NOT for sale!

You can only buy so much, and they can't buy a new version of facts.

What a waste though.

I believe that citizen's united may not have had all that much effect on President Obama since the entire time he's been in office the republicans have done nothing BUT be a party wide negative campaign ad. Eventually, the same crappola over and over gets to be just so much white noise.

Hopefully, it'll be negated before it causes TOO much damage elsewhere.

PEACE!
