Question About ONLINE Polls

like Reuters..

what exactly is that? do people go to a site and vote or is a link sent through email or how exactly is an online poll different than the standard phone call poll?

They go through the same selection process as telephone polls.

That's opposed to an "online poll" that, say, your local ABC affiliate puts up that anybody can vote on.
