Forty percent (40%) of Ohio voters say they have already cast their ballots, and among these voters, the president has a comfortable 56% to 41% lead.

Both candidates earn better than 90% support from voters in their respective parties. The president is ahead 50% to 41% among voters not affiliated with either major political party.

This is pretty devastating news for them. If Obama is now moving ahead of Romney with Independents, then Romney really is losing the election and that's a huge change from the previous Rasmussen polls which showed Romney winning that demographic.

Sadly it’s all but over now. Romney supposedly had a double digit lead with independents and its been erased in mere days. The media has finally tipped the scales. We’ll never win another presidential election unless we run a minority.

They actually will believe there was a sudden switch in voter choice before believing Ras was stringing them along.

Now Ras will do the usual trick of getting more and more accurate as election day approaches to prove he's a reputable pollster.

Whereas, a Christian would say, "Thine will be done" and accept that their omnipotent God has in fact decided. And the really Christian Christians will self-reflect and ask themselves, "What is God seeing/saying that I am not?"

Theyve been telling themselves that all the other polls are wrong because they oversample democrats based on 2008 turnout. They were still confident of winning despite almost every poll saying otherwise because they still thought Mittens was getting the independents and the dems were oversampled.

And these morons will be all over this site all fricking weekend.

Many of them are DU trolls as evidence by their date of joining FR (usually within a month or so of a past national election).

The rest are the resident losers that are spending their time looking at polls and have spent zero minutes volunteering with GOTV efforts.

I think we're seeing a little bit of a Sandy bounce for Obama. Mitt had momentum and it appears to have been stopped for the moment. Unfortunately, we had an act of God, hurricane Sandy, at the last moment of this election cycle and it was one that seems to have helped Hussein.

Rassmussen polls lean heavily toward the Republican candidate all the way up until a few days before the election. Rassmussen changes them right before the election to more accurately reflect the actual numbers. I figured anyone reading here should know this. It's never too late to learn. Do not be suckered by Rassmussen polling.
