Drudge is so desperately trying to turn Sandy into Katrina

Big blaring headline:
OBAMA LEFT THEM BEHIND: HUNGRY DUMPSTER DIVING IN NYC

with a bunch of additional crap like:
Gas Shortages May Not End for Another Week...
Fear Turns to Frustration, Anger...
Fistfights, Guns Drawn...
'You're not getting gas tonight'...
Lines grow...
Some Siphoning From Cars!
'I'm pretty pissed'...
Troopers deployed to gas stations...
Stars throw extravagant Halloween party despite destruction...
Commuter Delays Rage...
NYC Official: Red Cross 'Absolute Disgrace'...
Looters Dress Like Con Edison Workers to Gain Access to Houses...
Staten Islanders Plead for Help: 'We Need Food'...

Of course, Matt overlooks the fact that FEMA is already there (and got there early), unlike with his idol Bush - where thousands were at stranded at the convention center and Heckuvajob Brownie and his guys were claiming they had no idea this was happening until days after the media reported on it.
Combine that with the Republican governor of New Jersey praising the president and FEMA's work, and Matt looks like the pathetic, irrelevant clown that he is.

I think we should give those in charge a break, it's not like we've seen anything of this scale before, CNN too was all about looking for people to blame. Plus, Obama can chew gum, walk, and take care of issues by phone.

9. Oooh. So not winning this election would help. Just like effing Bush did for NOLA.

Sent in all the private contractors, closed public housing, privatized the schools...

Gee, the same thing Romeny and the Queen want to do to the USA. No thanks!

The best thing Obama can do is cinch this election and keep helping the people of NYC and environs.

NYers have no idea. 3 days without electricity is NOTHING after a major storm. They've experienced a terrible tragedy, but recovering isn't magic. It takes time.

Anyone paying any attention can see how much smoother disaster relief is working here than it did during Katrina, and can see that unlike Bush, Obama is engaged and determined to help.
