unfavorably rating than Trump. Shenanigans come back to haunt and the masses are seeing it play out. It's bringing down the democratic party.

in the nation's tax and spending policies.

Trump is a member of the club and will probably listen to them, and even if he does screw up big, the fatcats are rich enough to survive it.

Getting a more progressive tax system, financial re-regulation, a scaled-back empire and such as that, on the other hand, would wreck the great little game they have put together for themselves.

From their perspective, it's worth losing an election to hold off meaningful change for another decade or two.

I was actually surprised when my elderly mother told me how disgusted she was yesterday and again this morning. I was afraid she would believe, at least in some part, the non-stop propaganda disseminated by the MSM since Monday morning. Quite the opposite: a lifelong Democrat, she's now, almost overnight, completely dismissive of the party. The Rovian smear campaign was very ill-thought out.

tolerate the direction of the new democratic party with the DNC/DLC/3rd-Way/DWS. That said, I will vote democratic by the candidate, but in no way do I want the aforementioned democratic party PTB to think I'm one of their guppies.

Maybe a few weeks ago. America is changing. It's time to embrace new ideas. The GOP seems to be doing this better.
