Is Grove Insight a conservative, progressive or non-partisan polling outfit? Not sure if I heard of them.

Project New America, which commissioned the poll, is a Colorado-based research and consulting firm aimed at helping clients, mostly Democrats, better understanding demographic shifts and trends in the west and across the country.
