and KY is still up in the air as there's a VERY good chance that it will be recounted.

The MSM can say "he lost" but the voters aren't having it.

Every cycle we seem to have to come up with the "moment" that someone "lost". Which presumes a few things:
1) It happens in/because of a moment.
2) They were ever "winning" to begin with
3) That most people are even paying attention to these events, especially in early primaries.
