Just so we don't forget, two clips showing the sick parody of democracy that occurred in Nevada.

Video clip #1 - Changing the rules before all the delegates were present, and despite the "nay" votes sounding *much* louder than the "yays." This effectively rigged the proceedings, before the convention even got started.

Video clip #2 - Closing the convention even though there was a motion on the floor to recount. The chair suddenly and dictatorially rushed to the podium and ended the show without discussion. This time, she couldn't even be bothered with even a voice vote. Amazing.

The puppeteers are safely ensconsed in law offices and lobbyist offices in NY and DC. Their fingerprints are rarely found at any crime scene.

Interesting and playing into fears of those bad Bernie people. We don't want to talk about how a hand full of people skirted democracy..no, this is much more important..people's feelings were hurt.

And I appreciate the value of fairly and consistently applied rules. I think the Bernie supporters have some fair points. But remember:

1. Few are going to see that with the mayhem perpetrated by Bernie supporters, that Bernie himself criticized, however vaguely

2. Bottom line, the travesty of democracy that is so outrageous is sending a state delegation that is actually reflective of how the caucuses voted in the first place!

I know, rules are rules, whether you like the results or not. (Of course, that cuts more than one way. As would reforming the rules.) But I am not sure how this all sells in a way that benefits Bernie.

Frankly I think both the Bernie and Hillary factions should compromise when the inevitable credentials challenge comes in Philadelphia.
