We are witnessing a frenzy of ratfucking right here, right now.

Lo and behold.

Right in front of our eyes.

Swiftboating.

Driving willing fanatics to hysteria in order to ruin the one candidate who can stop the insanity.

I am in awe of the dynamic.

Democrats can't win if the party splits.

"The goal of the propaganda assaults across the internet is not to convince anyone of anything.

It is to thoroughly hijack, pollute and therefore eliminate public spaces where real discussion and organization can occur. Occupy is disbanded with clubs and pepper spray. Dissent and organization online are disrupted with surveillance and propaganda.

It is no accident that propaganda brigades post new threads on discussion boards far out of proportion to their presence in the community, and that they nearly *always* demand the last word in any interchange.

The goal is to disrupt the important public space for liberal thought, discussion, and organization that these boards offer, and to keep the participants busy instead batting off the corporate lies and talking points."

You're right about desperation too. But it's not on Sanders end. Sanders is and has always been the underdog in this fight. The desperate one is the woman who's privilege and sense of entitlement resulted in the expectation that the jewel studded tiara be delivered to her on a silver platter.

Hence, all the signups we have every day with some sort of "Bern" in their name that immediately go after Clinton and her supporters rather than post anything positive about Sanders.
Day in, day out.
Tearing down Hillary is the only option since Bernie can't win the popular vote on merits.

I get the impression that Democratic Party officials have the run of the place .... And that it's bought and paid for ...

I have a feeling these little donnybrooks we 'enjoy' here are part of a larger effort to test messages, mostly negative messages, to find what works and what doesn't ...

If we are being used by the Clinton campaign, how should we deal with it? I do not wish to help something that is highly destructive to the people of this country and the world.

GALLUP POLL: Sanders favored over Clinton & Trump:

GALLUP FAVORABILITY POLL ( April 1-30, 2016):
WHITES: Sanders: 52% Clinton: 28% Trump: 29%
BLACKS: Sanders: 67 % Clinton: 60 % Trump: 14 %
HISPANICS: Sanders: 52 % Clinton: 50 % Trump: 14 %

GALLUP FAVORABILITY POLL ( April 1-30, 2016):
MILLENNIAL: Sanders: 55% Clinton: 38% Trump: 22%
MEN: Sanders: 53% Clinton: 32% Trump: 28%
WOMEN: Sanders: 57% Clinton: 45% Trump: 16%

GALLUP FAVORABILITY POLL ( April 1-30, 2016):
CONSERVATIVES: Sanders: 29% Clinton: 26% Trump: 36%
MODERATES: Sanders: 57% Clinton: 37% Trump: 22%
LIBERALS: Sanders: 78% Clinton: 51% Trump: 9%

GALLUP FAVORABILITY POLL ( April 1-30, 2016):
No college: Sanders: 47% Clinton: 38% Trump: 26%
Some college: Sanders: 57% Clinton: 32% Trump: 23%
Graduated college: Sanders: 62% Clinton: 39% Trump: 21%
Postgraduate work: Sanders: 65% Clinton: 53% Trump: 11%

In Hillary's wake, her popularity is waning in direct proportion to people getting to know both Bernie and herself very, very well. These national poll results demonstrate it.

http://www.nytimes.com/2016/05/19/us/politics/ex-aide-to-hillary-clinton-testifies-on-email.html

Mr. Lukens, a former ambassador to Senegal, was the leadoff witness in the Judicial Watch depositions. He served as executive director of the State Department’s executive secretariat under Mrs. Clinton until 2011, providing her with logistical, administrative and travel support. Judicial Watch said it was seeking his testimony because records that have already been released indicated that he had emailed Ms. Mills and others about Mrs. Clinton’s private email server.

Thomas Fitton, the president of Judicial Watch, who took part in Mr. Lukens’s deposition, said afterward that he could not discuss the substance of the testimony because of the ground rules set by Judge Sullivan.

But Mr. Fitton predicted that once the testimony is publicly released — perhaps as early as next week — it would show “why the State Department and Mrs. Clinton have slow-rolled this and withheld a complete explanation of what went on with her email system. What we learned is going to be embarrassing to Mrs. Clinton and the administration — maybe more than embarrassing.”

I think the you-know-what is about to hit the fan.

After the deposition, State Department lawyers invoked a procedure to review Mr. Lukens’s testimony for three days before deciding whether to ask the judge to keep any parts of it confidential for security or legal reasons.

Oh well. They have angered the judge already, so I hope he's not going to grant that.
