There is nothing that he can't do now....... and with a friendly Senate....that changes the filibuster rules....well then he will FLY!

Some important things will happen. He should get a couple of SCOTUS choices, hundreds of other judges, launch health care, and probably immigration reform but otherwise probably not a lot will get done likely. Important yes, but his first term will be his best.
