A democratic caucuse because the state party didn't have sufficient funds? He also said that Hillary refused but that's not surprising considering it wasn't a closed primary.

As to the "outsider" thing, that line is getting old and tired. Bernie's stopped getting mileage out of "the underdog" tag months ago.
