Is Everything Up and Going in Philly?

Since the storm my main (election related) thought has been is Philly going to be completely restored so that there is no affect on voter turnout there. By some estimates Philly must go Obama +300,000 votes in order for Obama to carry PA. If Philly is restored completely then this should not be a problem.

Any Philly area Dems able to update us on this?

Mass transit is up and running, everyone has power. We came through unscathed. Election day will be no problem.
