Here's the reason to object to media including super delegates.

CNN is bemoaning the fact that viewers keep getting mad at them for including super delegates in the tallies.

Look at it this way. When the FBI comes knocking, those super delegates need to remain free to switch to Bernie, and not be bound to any prior agreement that would allow Hillary to ASSIGN them to her choice of candidate. They need to be free agents at that moment.
