With 400k votes, Is a 50/50 split impossible

How are the 400,000 votes evenly split? At times there was a 29 vote difference. Earlier 100,000 votes each were separated by a 29 or 100 votes. Can anyone expect 190000 votes each, to be separated by 29 that's what I saw earlier.

...Different precincts with different margins coming in at different times. Humans look for patterns.

Hundreds of thousands of votes were cast, to be separated by a few votes fro most of the day seems very odd.

And of course they can be that close -- it's an exciting horserace between two good candidates. Have you ever participated in an election before?
