Here it comes, folks.
She's going to fire up the swiftboat that we have been seeing all day.

Hopefully they can eventually wrestle the party back from the DWS-Clintonian corrupt DINOs.

(50,566 posts)I started talking politics with a longtime friend today (we're both well into middle age) and mentioned that I thought Hillary was thoroughly corrupt and I couldn't stand her. She quickly said "Everyone hates Hillary!" And she, like me, considers herself a hardcore liberal.

(17,064 posts)More of my friends intend to vote for Stein than Hillary. She got .5% in 2012... it will be interesting to see what she gets this Nov against two extremely un likeable candidates. Nader holds the Green high water Mark at 2.5% in 2000. I'll bet Stein blows that out of the water.

(17,064 posts)We'll see how good a job DWS and HRC do. I kind of suspect when a substantial portion of the party is told to sit down and shut up, "you get nothing", ...they aren't going to feel very unified, and just might rain on Hillary's little coronation ceremony.

Wolf: have you reached out personally to Bernie? DWS: uh,uh I have not. I've communicated through blah, blah, blah. Wolf: You're the leader of the party, why not... DWS: blah, blah, blah and umms.

I should be the prime Hillary Demographic. I am in a very Blue state. I never thought I would even have to question who I would vote for in November...(well certainly never Trump--) But how can I support a party led by such a despicable woman.

(30,250 posts)Time to face reality. Obama won in 2008 with a razor thin advantage in both pledged delegates and the popular vote. Hillary is far ahead of Sanders on both counts, she will be the nominee.
Going with that premise, what would be a working strategy to bring the Millenials into the fold? After all, they are the ones who would be affected the most by a Trump presidency.

II. Not only that, but I feel this was a setup with plausible deniability in mind.
III. If one were to believe this were a setup, all of a sudden everything falls into place with one endgame in mind.
IV. Barring Bernie supporters from Philadelphia, and coronating Hillary with no recourse to try and change the game.
