How can it be 98% when it was 99% with 2,000 more HRC

It is in Eastern Kentucky and Sanders won it. It may have been removed from the totals to correct a data entry error, but it does seem somewhat fishy.

sanders essentially in the lead most of the night, suddenly at the last minute thousands of votes for clinton come out of nowhere.

computer tabulation of data from many sources always freezes for an hour and then suddenly completes with a pattern unlike anything seen the whole evening. and the last minute shuffle with pike county was a normal occurrence also.

so Hillary jumped 4,000 then it came back and it went back down to 1700. He said it happened at the Secretary of States office a blip. Unbelievable.

There is no other explanation. Sanders was supposed to win by 500,000,000 votes. Clear fraud! FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD! ALL CAPS! AHHHHHHH!!!!

Not the % of votes. From what I heard on MSNBC, Louisville, the largest county in Ky, had Hillary ahead al night, and it was the last precincts in Louisville that put her in the win column. They said there were a few precincts to be reported yet, but they're very small and won't contain enough votes to put Bernie back to win.

I took a screen shot when they rolled back the county mentioned above, when they put the votes back in, Hillary's lead was actually smaller - like 1813 vs. like 1880. So, the error that was corrected was in Bernie's favor.
